A. Yes. We can special order an item for you if our suppliers carry it. If you have a request for a special item please use the form on our contact us page to request it. We will get back to you as soon as possible on the status of your item!

Q. When should I expect my order to ship, and when will I get it?

A. We will process and ship your order as soon as we get it. You will receive and e-mail confirmation that we have received your order. You will also receive and e-mail notification when your order ships that will contain a tracking number. We will do everything in our power to fill your order as quickly as possible.

Q. I made a return, how long until I will receive a credit to my account or my replacement item?
